TPS Associates has a DIT-MCO Model 2115 Wiring Analyzer to perform wire harness testing. It can perform a variety of tests under computer control such as isolation tests, continuity tests, and resistance measurements. This ability to perform such extensive testing between up to 1000 test points allows for quick verification that the finished harness meets all electrical design specifications.

The TPS 1000 was designed and developed by TPS Associates, Inc. to provide the US Navy and all DoD Agencies with a “SMART” battery charger in support of the AN-PRQ-7 radio used in the Combat Survival Evader Locator (CSEL) program. The TPS1000 can simultaneously charge eight (8) batteries, detect defective units and eliminate the battery “memory” effect. To date, TPS Associates, Inc. has provided the US Navy with more than 500 TPS 1000 Smart Battery Chargers.
